Missing decks or cards can be worrying, especially if you've put a lot of work into them. Let's help you track them down!
1. Check you're logged into the right account
It's easy to accidentally sign in with a different email or method (e.g. Google vs Apple vs email/password) than the one you used to create your decks. Go to Settings and check the email address shown matches the account you originally used.
2. Check if the deck was archived
Archived decks won't show up in your main My Decks list. Open View archived decks to see if it's there. See our How do I restore archived decks? article for the steps to bring it back.
3. Check your search and filters
If you're searching and getting no results, double-check your spelling and clear any active filters. See How do I search for cards or decks? for more.
