The AI Tutor is one of the core learning tools on Gizmo. Here you can tell us what you'd like to learn and we'll help you in the way that suits you.
The AI Tutor can:
Start a Course on your subject
Generate flashcards for use in Memorise mode
Create Notes for you to learn at your own pace
Start a Lesson with step by step instructions
Apply your knowledge with a AI generated quiz
Starting an AI Tutor session
You can start an AI Tutor chat from the Home section or from an existing deck.
If starting from Home
Tell Gizmo what you'd like to learn and it'll will handle the rest. You can even narrow down to a specific subject to really dig into the subject matter if it's a big subject.
You can also use Magic Import to create a Lesson. You can upload a PDF, copy and paste some notes, add a link to a YouTube video, record your lesson and many more options.
If starting from an existing deck
Select Learn deck and choose the AI Tutor option.
The Tutor will then start teaching you about that subject using your cards as a foundation. It will even expand on the cards and add more detail if appropriate and begin quizzing you based on the green highlighted words from the deck.
What happens when I finish a Lesson?
Well done! Now's the time to Apply your knowledge with a AI generated quiz to continue the momentum. These questions will be based on your core subject and may expand the field to test you on what you've learned.
