How do I use Magic Import to start an AI Tutor lesson?

PDF, PowerPoint, YouTube, notes, photos, recordings, Quizlet sets or another deck can all become an AI Tutor lesson.

You don't need a deck ready to go before you start learning. Your AI Tutor can build a Lesson straight from whatever you already have, using Magic Import.

Starting from Home

From the Home section, tap the ➕ icon and choose the format your content is in:

📄 PDF: upload a document and Gizmo will pull out the key content.

📊 PowerPoint: upload a presentation and Gizmo will build a lesson from the slides.

▶️ YouTube: drop in a video URL and Gizmo will work from the transcript.

📝 Notes: paste in text you've already written.

🖼️ Photo: snap a picture of handwritten or printed notes.

🎙️ Record lecture: record a lesson or lecture out loud and let Gizmo do the rest.

🔵 Quizlet: bring in an existing Quizlet set. See How do I import from Quizlet? for the full steps.

📁 Deck: build from a deck you've already made in Gizmo.

Once imported, your AI Tutor will start teaching from that content and quiz you on it as you go.
