Yes - you can create unlimited cards and decks and do unlimited quizzing for free.

If you lose 15 lives (known as Hearts ♥️) while quizzing, you have to wait 10 minutes before you can quiz again.

You can also create as many decks as you like manually, but only 2 using Magic Import per day. You'll also need to wait 20 minutes between imports.
