The app is free and you can start learning straight away! However, if you lose 15 lives while quizzing, you will have to wait for 10 minutes before you can quiz again.
You can also create as many decks as you like using the Magic Import system but you will have to wait 20 minutes between each import.
To avoid waiting for these, you can sign up for a subscription but it is not required if you are happy waiting.
