Welcome to Gizmo! In short, you turn things you want to remember into flashcards, then quiz yourself until they stick. For the full picture of how that works, check out How does Gizmo work?. Here's a quick tour to get you started.
Create your first deck
Tap the + button to start a deck. Add cards by hand, or use Magic Import to build them automatically from your notes, a PDF, or a YouTube link.
Start quizzing
Open Memorise mode and start answering questions on your cards. You'll get a good number of Hearts to quiz with, plenty to get going, and they top back up over time. If you'd rather have a topic explained to you first, ask your AI Tutor.
Build your streak
Come back and quiz each day to keep your Streak going. Miss a day here and there and you're usually still covered, thanks to Streak Freezes and Repairs.
Connect with friends
Follow friends to see what they're studying, share a deck, or set up a study group together.
Ask for help when you're stuck
Your AI Tutor can explain a tricky topic in more depth any time. If something's not working as expected, our Support team is a message away.
Along the way you'll pick up XP, climb Leagues, and earn Coins to spend in the Gizmo Shop, all just for showing up and quizzing. Have fun!
