Yes, you can with decks and sub-decks!
To create a deck
Type your new deck name in the dropdown menu on the Add page and press enter; or
Click + Deck on the Decks page
To create a sub-deck
Click + in the dropdown menu on the Add page; or
Click + Deck on a deck's page
