Notifications are controlled in Settings. You can control both our Email reminders as well as Card reminder notifications.
If you're using the website...
Click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
Select Settings
Scroll down to Account settings and click the switch next to Email reminders and/or Card reminder notifications
Your preferences will be updated automatically
If you're using the app...
Tap the Profile section in the bottom right corner
Tap the cog ⚙️ icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to get to Settings
Scroll down to Account settings and tap the switch next to Email reminders and/or Card reminder notifications
Your preferences will be updated automatically
Can I unsubscribe from all emails without deleting my account?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from all emails by toggling off all email categories in your account settings. This can be done on both the website and mobile app.
How do I stop receiving news emails or updates if I’m on the free plan?
If you’re on the free plan, you can disable news emails or updates by going to your account’s settings and toggling off the Email reminders option. This will stop all news or update messages for your account.
What types of emails can I unsubscribe from?
You can unsubscribe from various categories of emails, including:
Marketing updates
Newsletters
Product announcements
Card reminder notifications
