Receipts for your Unlimited subscription payments are available but depend on how you subscribed.
If you subscribed on the website
Please contact our Support team using the Get in touch button below. We will find your payments and send you the receipts to the email address linked to your subscription.
If you subscribed on an iOS device
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Tap Media & Subscriptions
Select Purchase History
Select the Gizmo subscription from the list
Here you can resend the receipt, manage you subscription or contact Apple if anything doesn't look right.
You can also find receipts in your inbox or via reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you subscribed on an Android device
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Select Payments & subscriptions
Select Budget & history to see a list of purchases
Tap on a specific item to view the receipt details
You can also find your receipts in your inbox and the Google payments centre.
