How can I change my payment method?

Gizmo subscriptions are managed using the platform where the subscription was created. These include the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or the Gizmo website.

If you subscribed using the Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device

  2. Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Locate and select your Gizmo subscription

  5. Choose the option to update your payment method, which takes you to Apple ID payment settings. Here you can add new cards or modify existing options

Also, if you want to use a new card that's not currently on your Apple ID:

  1. Open Settings and tap your Apple ID

  2. Go to Payment & Shipping and add your new card

  3. Next, return to Gizmo and start the subscription update process—the newly added card will be available

If you subscribed using the Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile picture and choose Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

  3. Select your Gizmo subscription

  4. Update your payment method by adding or changing your card

If you subscribed on the website

Please contact the Support team using the button below. They will be able to send you a unique link for you to change your payment card.

📝 Gizmo subscriptions are set to auto-renew based on your subscription (e.g., weekly, yearly). Renewal charges happen automatically unless canceled beforehand and the payment card on file will be charged at the time of renewal.
