On the sign-in screen, tap I’ve forgotten my password and enter your email address. We'll email you a verification so we know it's you. Follow the steps in the email to choose a new password. Can't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.

If you signed up with Google, Apple or a phone number, you may not have a password. Use the matching sign-in option under Other options instead.

Head to Settings and scroll down to 🔒 Sign in and security. Then, select Password and enter both your current and new password.

If you've signed up using a phone number, Google or Apple, you won't have a password just yet. You can add one on the 🔒 Sign in and security page and when you do, you can then sign in using your email address and password if needed.
