Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is simple. If you request a refund within 48 hours of the payment being taken, we'll happily refund you.

However, this does depend on how you subscribed in the first place. For example, if you subscribed to Unlimited on your phone or tablet, you will have used either Apple or Google's subscription service and are bound by their refund policies.

If you subscribed on the website

Please contact our Support team using the Get in touch button below. We will review your subscription and help however we can.

If you subscribed on an iOS device

  • Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad

  • Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Select the Gizmo subscription from the list

  • Choose the option to Cancel Subscription

  • After cancelling you can request a refund on iOS by following these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118223

If you subscribed on an Android device

📝 Refunds, once approved, are usually processed and returned within 5–10 business days.
