Gizmo subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the Settings page.
📝 The Manage Subscription option only appears if you subscribed on the website. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you won't see it, you'll need to manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play instead. Scroll down to see those options.
Go to Settings and tap Manage subscription. This shows your current plan, price and renewal date, with two options: Manage subscription and Cancel subscription.
Managing your subscription
Tapping Manage subscription takes you to our secure billing portal, where you can:
View your current plan, price and next billing date
Update your existing payment method, or add a new one
Update your billing information, including your billing email
View your invoice history and download receipts
Cancelling your subscription
Tap Cancel subscription.
Confirm you want to cancel. You can optionally tell us why you're leaving, then tap Cancel anyway. If you'd rather keep your subscription, tap Keep subscription instead.
After cancelling you will still have Unlimited until the end of your subscription period. When that time passes, your account will automatically revert to the Basic plan.
If you subscribed on an Apple device
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Tap Subscriptions
Select the Gizmo subscription from the list
Choose the option to Cancel Subscription
If you subscribed on an Android device
Open the Google Play Store app on your device
Go to your account's Subscriptions section
Select the Gizmo subscription
Choose the option to cancel it
Unexpected charges?
If you see any unexpected charges, please get in touch. Our team will be able to look into this for you.
⚠️ Deleting your Gizmo account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You will need to cancel your subscription before deleting to avoid future charges.
