Gizmo subscriptions are managed using the platform where the subscription was created: the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or the Gizmo website.
If you subscribed using the Apple App Store (iOS)
Open Settings on your iOS device
Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings
Select Subscriptions
Locate and select your Gizmo subscription
Choose the option to update your payment method, which takes you to Apple ID payment settings. Here you can add new cards or modify existing ones
If you want to use a new card not currently on your Apple ID:
Open Settings and tap your Apple ID
Go to Payment & Shipping and add your new card
Return to Gizmo and start the subscription update process. Your newly added card will be available to select.
If you subscribed using the Google Play Store (Android)
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile picture and choose Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
Select your Gizmo subscription
Update your payment method by adding or changing your card
If you subscribed on the website
Please contact the Support team using the button below and we'll send you a unique link to update your payment card.
📝 Gizmo subscriptions auto-renew based on your plan (weekly or yearly). Your payment card will be charged automatically at renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
