How do I delete my account?

If you can access your Gizmo account, you can delete it directly in Settings. Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile avatar located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and click on Delete Account.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your action. Keep in mind that this process is irreversible, and your account and profile will be permanently removed.

Please note that this does not cancel any subscription linked to your account. This must be cancelled separately. For more information on how to do this, check out the How do I cancel my subscription? article.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No, once an account is deleted, the process is permanent and cannot be reversed.

How long does a full deletion take?

These can take anywhere up to 30 days in line with GDPR regulations. The Support team will confirm when this 30 days begins when they've confirmed your request is valid.
