How do I cancel my subscription?

Gizmo subscriptions, auto-renew by default. This means you don't have to worry about it, but it is important to know how manage your subscription to avoid any shocks. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription on the Settings page of your account.

Go to the Settings page and scroll down to Manage Subscription and cancel from there.

If you don't see this, then you may have subscribed on your phone/tablet using either Apple or Google's subscription service.

If you subscribed on an Apple device

  • Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad

  • Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Select the Gizmo subscription from the list

  • Choose the option to Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed on an Android device

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your device

  • Go to your account’s Subscriptions section

  • Select the Gizmo subscription

  • Choose the option to to cancel it

After cancelling you will still have Unlimited until the end of your subscription, whether that is the rest of the week or year. When that time passes, your account will automatically put you back on the Basic plan.

Unexpected Charges and Resolutions

📝 Deleting your Gizmo account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You will need to cancel your subscription before deleting to avoid future charges.

Cant see the 'Manage subscription' option?

If you are on your phone or tablet, the Manage subscription option will not appear. Go to the Settings page on the website and it should appear.
