Gizmo subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the Settings page.
Go to Settings and scroll down to Manage Subscription.
📝 The Manage Subscription option will not show up on the iOS or Android app, regardless of how you subscribed.
If you don't see this, you may have subscribed on your phone or tablet using Apple or Google's subscription service.
If you subscribed on an Apple device
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Tap Subscriptions
Select the Gizmo subscription from the list
Choose the option to Cancel Subscription
If you subscribed on an Android device
Open the Google Play Store app on your device
Go to your account's Subscriptions section
Select the Gizmo subscription
Choose the option to cancel it
After cancelling you will still have Unlimited until the end of your subscription period. When that time passes, your account will automatically revert to the Basic plan.

If you see any unexpected charges, please get in touch. Our team will be able to look into this for you.
⚠️ Deleting your Gizmo account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You will need to cancel your subscription before deleting to avoid future charges.
