Why was I charged?

Spot an unexpected charge? Here's how Gizmo billing works.

Gizmo Unlimited subscriptions auto-renew, so charges will appear regularly depending on your plan. Here's how to make sense of what you're seeing.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

This depends on how you subscribed:

  • Website: the charge will appear as Gizmo (Save All)

  • iOS (App Store): the charge will come from Apple and reference Gizmo

  • Android (Google Play): the charge will come from Google and reference Gizmo

Not sure which platform you used? See How do I check how I subscribed?

When will I be charged?

You're charged when you first subscribe, and then automatically at every renewal:

  • Weekly plan: every 7 days from your original purchase date

  • Yearly plan: once a year from your original purchase date

Where can I manage my subscription?

If you subscribed on the website, you'll see a Manage Subscription option in Settings. This won't appear if you subscribed via Apple or Google. Manage those through the relevant app store instead.

I don't recognise a charge

If you see a charge you weren't expecting, it's most likely an automatic renewal. Check when you originally subscribed. The renewal date will match that.

If you still don't recognise it, get in touch with our Support team and we'll help you look into it.

⚠️ Deleting your Gizmo account does not cancel your subscription. You'll need to cancel it separately before deleting to avoid future charges.
