Can I change my subscription?

If you have subscribed using Apple or Google, you can manage your subscription on your phone/tablet using either Apple or Google's subscription service.

If you subscribed on an Apple device

  • Open the Apple App Store on your device

  • Go to your Account Settings and select Subscriptions

  • Find and select the Gizmo subscription and select See All Plans

  • Select your new plan and confirm the payment

If you subscribed on an Android device

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your device

  • Tap your profile icon and navigate to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

  • Locate your Gizmo subscription and select it

  • Tap on Manage or the available plan options

  • Follow the prompts to change your subscription plan (e.g., upgrade to an annual subscription)

  • Confirm the change to finalise the update. Keep in mind that billing and renewals will continue to be handled by Google Play.

If you subscribed on the website, then currently there's no way of upgrading your subscription but this is something we're looking into in the future!
