If your streak doesn't look right (a day is missing, your count didn't go up, or it broke when you're sure you studied), here's what to check.
Check you used a mode that counts towards streaks
Streaks are only updated when you answer questions. Flashcards only mode doesn't count, as you're self-marking rather than being tested.
Modes that count: Memorise, AI Tutor, and Gizmo Live.
Check your daily question target was met
You need to answer a minimum number of questions each day to register a streak day. Check your Progress section to see your current streak level and the number of questions required.
A Streak Freeze may have been applied
If you missed a day but your streak didn't break, a Streak Freeze was automatically applied. You'll see a frozen icon on that day in your streak calendar. This is working as intended. Your streak is still intact!
Can I fix a broken streak?
Yes. If you have Streak Repairs in your inventory, you can use one to restore a broken streak. Open your Streak History (tap anywhere on the streak calendar) and tap the missed day to apply a repair.
See What are Streak Repairs? for more.
It still looks wrong
If none of the above explains it, get in touch with our Support team and we'll take a look. Please include the date(s) affected and a screenshot of your streak calendar if you can.
