Memorise mode is one of the main ways to earn both XP and Coins in Gizmo.

Every time you answer a question correctly in Memorise mode, you'll earn XP. The faster you answer, the more you gain. You might also see a multiplier badge, like 2x, next to your XP total, boosting how much that question is worth.

You'll also earn a Coin each time you get a question right on your first attempt. Coins can then be spent in the Shop on things like Hints, Streak Freezes and Streak Repairs.

Flashcards only is a question style within Memorise mode, but it doesn't award XP or Coins, since you're self-marking rather than being tested. Change your preferred question style if you want that round to count.
