Practice test is one of the ways to check how ready you are for an exam or topic. Gizmo generates a set of AI questions for you to answer, so you can see where you're strong and where you still need to review.
Starting a Practice test
Open a deck and tap Learn deck.
Select Practice test, then tap Start learning.
Choosing what to test yourself on
Next, choose what you'd like your test to cover:
Find course: an official test based on your exam board's course
Deck: a test based on the cards in the deck you're currently in
Any topic: a test on absolutely anything you choose
If you pick Find course, search or browse for your course and exam board (for example A-level, BTEC or GCSE), then select it from the list.
Tap Start learning once you've made your choice.
Setting up your test
Once you've chosen what to test yourself on:
Use the - and + buttons to set how many questions you want (10 by default)
Optionally, add Instructions to AI to describe the kind of test you want, for example a specific topic, focus area or difficulty level
Tap Generate test to create your questions
💡 The more specific your instructions, the more tailored your test will be. Try naming a topic, question type or difficulty level.
