You can add labels to any image on a card, whether that's pointing out parts of a diagram or naming things in a picture. Once labelled, you can test yourself by covering the labels and revealing them one at a time.
Adding labels manually
Add an image to the front or back of a card.
Tap + Add labels underneath the image.
Click and drag over the part of the image you want to label.
Type the label text, then tap the tick ✓ to confirm, or the bin 🗑️ to remove it.
Auto-detecting labels
If your image already has text on it, like a labelled diagram or a sheet of flashcards, Gizmo can find and label that text for you.
Add your image to the card.
Tap Auto add masks. Gizmo will scan the image and add a label over each piece of text it finds.
Check the labels are correct, then tap Save changes.
Testing yourself with cover and reveal
When you view a card with labels, each one shows as a blank box over the image. Tap a box to reveal the answer underneath, then tap again to hide it. This works the same whether you added the labels manually or used auto add masks.
